Finding the right talent is key to organizational success, yet so frequently there is little to no structure behind the process. In this session you will learn how to create Talent Acquisition policies and procedures, along with the legal considerations behind the interviewing process, how to write effective interview questions, develop job descriptions, and keep applicants engaged during the process. We will also discuss how to adapt procedures to remote recruiting, build a talent pipeline, and do a cost analysis to understand the return on investment of recruiting sources.
