If you are still playing with your sick leave policy in an effort to do what is required while also doing what is right for the company or if you are unsure if your current PTO policy will meet the new requirements, this roundtable is a must attend for you! July 1 is right around the corner and you need to make sure that you are in compliance with the new state mandated sick leave requirements. Not sure if it’s better to accrue the time or give the employees three days “up-front”? What about offering different benefits for different levels of employees? Don’t know what’s required for your part-time employees, commission-only employees? Then we’ll see you there!
