Every supervisor and manager needs to learn how to effectively manage projects at work. Understanding the necessary steps to take in order to effectively manage and implement a project can be crucial to success. The purpose of this workshop is to increase the participant's ability to successfully implement projects.
Course participants will learn:
- How to clearly define a project
- An overview of the APIC system (Aligning, Planning, Implementing, Close-Out)
- How to use the project management triangle
- Tools and strategies to effectively manage a work projects
