    Whether it is taken as a stand-alone class or as a follow-up to Practicing Positive Leadership I, this program is designed to help leaders and supervisors maintain a productive work environment, improve motivation and morale, and take advantage of tools to help effectively manage workers 

    Topics covered include:
    - How to be accountable as a leader and how to build an accountable team
    - Ways to effectively deal with people problems and breakdowns in its        productivity
    - Improving morale and keeping employees motivated
    - How to stay on top of multiple projects and demanding deadlines
    - Effectively planning daily schedules
    - Delegation

    This workshop also includes a personality style assessment, which allows participants to increase their understanding of their own communication and work styles as well as how to more successfully work with people with other styles.
