Performance Management for HR Professionals
Performance Management is in a state of revolution. The annual performance review is antiquated and has been shown to be largely ineffective. In this session we will discuss alternatives – or supplements – to the annual performance review. Participants will learn how to coach managers on regularly engaging with employees, providing positive and negative feedback, how to have difficult conversations, and how to truly understand how to identify a job well done.
