No two leaves of absence are the same, and that is especially true when it comes to Pregnancy Disability Leave. How much leave do employees get? When do they get it? What certification is required? How do they get paid? It is the employer's obligation to inform employees of their rights when it comes to job protected leave and state-paid benefits.
