At the beginning of the millennium, there was a sudden realization that the workplace was dramatically changing. It seemed that overnight people were flooding into the workplace seeking jobs. That wasn’t necessarily unusual in and of itself, its uniqueness lay in the fact that its population was multigenerational.
In the wake of this event companies were faced with many challenges, including:
- How to facilitate successful collaboration
- How to build happy and productive work forces in the face of differing personality styles, ages, and attitudes
- How to help employees accept different working styles
This interactive program will identify challenges that are prevalent in today's workplaces, how they are being dealt with, and how employers can prepare to integrate Generation Z into the workplace.
