We have all heard that engaged employees are productive employees, and staff who are actively disengaged are toxic to the environment. So how can HR representatives support a culture of engagement without being designated as the company party-planner? Don’t get us wrong, party-planning can be fun, but ultimately no party is cool enough to really keep employees engaged (well, maybe Coachella, but that is way out of budget!). In this class we will discuss HR’s role in engagement, from coaching management to developing total compensation packages that keep employees motivated and glad to come to work.
