Event Description:
How to Deal with Difficult Attitudes

Everyone has an attitude.  It might begin when we come out of the womb.
Your attitude represents who you are and can be negative or positive at any given time.
Your attitude may be the result of who you spend time with; how you are raised; friends, family, teachers, strangers, others who impact your life.

This training will:
  • Define and evaluate your attitude, the components and how each influences who you are
  • List challenges in the workplace which impact your attitudes
  • Discuss which attitudes work well and which don’t work at all
  • Identify negative attitudes and how they have the same power to influence as positive ones and see the difference in results
  • Learn the top 7 strategies to overcome negative attitudes in the workplace
  • Identify 5 distorted thinking styles that impact attitudes
  • Learn  who to hang out with as they have a major impact on who you are
  • Questions to ask yourself to know who you are
  • Learn how to kill off a negative attitude and give birth to a positive one
