Event Description:

California Law AB 1825 requires all private businesses with 50 or more employees to provide professional training on preventing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation to all supervisors and managers every 2 years.

This training will:
- Help companies promote a harassment- and discrimination-free environment
- Help participants to spot, address, and remedy potential harassment-related problems
- Teach participants to respond effectively to harassment complaints
- Provide participants with tools to help prevent individually- and company- directed harassment lawsuits
