A well-written handbook can be a helpful tool in assisting with an organization's day-to-day activities, as well as an effective legal defense in case of litigation, but a poorly written handbook that conations "legalese," language that is confusing ot limits an employer's flexibility, or out-of-date or unfollowed policies can be an employers worst enemy. This workshop offers a structured process for developing and/or reviewing a handbook.
