Now that the dust has settled, many employers will continue to provide remote work for their employees. At the same time, some positions have not and never will be remote. How do employers ensure that they are being fair to all employees? How do supervisors assess productivity for remote workers? What are best practices in communication when you have a hybrid workforce?
In this session we will address challenges specific to a remote workforce, and also discuss how to keep the whole team engaged and motivated - regardless of their location.
