This course will teach you to develop your communication skills and build on your strengths to be maximally effective in your organization.
In order to expand and cultivate your communication skills, you must become aware of how you filter information and how your process affects others in your organization. The DISC assessment tool utilized in this session is proven to have a positive organizational impact in users, as well as an effective influence on personal and organizational communication effectiveness. Participants may apply the skills they learn to interviewing, conducting orientation programs, on-boarding, sales, problem-solving, and customer service.
Each participant will take the DISC assessment prior to the day of the course and bring it to class for specific application to their work environment.
