Event Description:
    This course will provide an advanced overview of federal and state employment laws, offering practical tips about dealing with leaves of absence and the complications of accommodations in addition to addressing more complicated wage and hour issues, how to deal with misclassified employees, workplace investigations, workers' compensation issues, and disabilities.

    This course has been pre-approved for California credits towards PHR-CA and SPHR-CA.
