Event Description:
Participants will create a strategic business plan to partner with key stakeholders in their organization in order to meet organizational business plan objectives.  This will include creating effective employee engagement and development plans to align with organizational business plan goals and objectives.  This program will provide HR professionals the tools to be an effective business partner within their organization.
 
Day 1
Participants will create a strategic business plan to partner with key stakeholders in their organization in order to meet organizational business plan objectives.
Topics include:
•  How to embed corporate mission, vision, and value statements into strategic human resource practices
•  Key budget development practices for non-financial managers - how to partner with finance and key stakeholders
•   Corporate branding - how to effectively use corporate branding and how to partner with marketing and legal to meet business goals
•   Internal and external human capital analysis - how to effectively forecast and benchmark costs associated with meeting corporate business plan goals.
•   Managing change and creating an effective organizational communication plan
•   Corporate outreach plans - how to effectively achieve strategic goals with corporate partnerships.
  
Day 2
Participants will create effective employee engagement and development plans to align with organizational business plan goals and objectives.
Topics include:
•    What is engagement and how to create an effective organizational plan
•    How to develop a strategic on-boarding process in order to meet business plan objectives
•    How to link strategic engagement initiatives with performance management
•    Strategic exit interview practices - how to use the strategic information you derive from your exit interview process to meet business plan objectives
•     Developing human capital in order to fulfill strategic business plan objectives
