• Key budget development practices for non-financial managers - how to partner with finance and key stakeholders
• Corporate branding - how to effectively use corporate branding and how to partner with marketing and legal to meet business goals
• Internal and external human capital analysis - how to effectively forecast and benchmark costs associated with meeting corporate business plan goals.
• Managing change and creating an effective organizational communication plan
• Corporate outreach plans - how to effectively achieve strategic goals with corporate partnerships.
Day 2
Participants will create effective employee engagement and development plans to align with organizational business plan goals and objectives.
Topics include:
• What is engagement and how to create an effective organizational plan
• How to develop a strategic on-boarding process in order to meet business plan objectives
• How to link strategic engagement initiatives with performance management
• Strategic exit interview practices - how to use the strategic information you derive from your exit interview process to meet business plan objectives
• Developing human capital in order to fulfill strategic business plan objectives
