Good performance management begins at the interview and throughout the training period.  Learn how to set clear guidelines and document performance in order to help employees succeed at their jobs. 

This class will give you core knowledge on how to document objectively and give clear instruction for improved performance.  Participants will also learn the necessary skills to effectively prepare for a termination. Facilitated by Michelle Peard.
