Project Management Skills

Every supervisor/manager needs to learn how to effectively manage projects at work. Understanding the key steps in order to effectively manage and implement a project can be crucial to success.
 
The purpose of this workshop is to increase the participant’s ability to successfully implement projects.  The participant will learn:
 
·  How to clearly define a project
·  Overview of the APIC system (Aligning, Planning, Implementing, Close-out)
·  Using the Project Management Triangle
·  Tools and strategies to effectively manage a work project
